  • Hotel má výhodnou polohu u centra města, přitom v klidné ulici s dobrou možností parkování. Postele, byť nižší, měly výborné matrace. Na požádání bylo zabezpečeno vytápění pokoje.

  • V pokoji bylo špatné osvětlení, nebyl vybaven stolem pro PC, ale pouze velmi nízkým skleněným konferenčním stolkem, chyběly dostatečné odkládací plochy. Na snídani byl malý výběr pečiva, některé dny zcela chyběla zelenina či alespoň jedno teplé jídlo.

  • Hluk z ulice. Snídaně celý týden stejné (zelenina jednou za týden, např.míchaná nebo vařená vajíčka ani jedenkrát). V tak teplém kraji by mohly být všechny pokoje vybaveny klimatizací.

  • klid a pohodlí pokoje vč. mini kuchyňky, která byla na místě vzhledem k zrušení restaurace a velká ochota pracovníka recepce. Děkuji pracovníkovi recepce za vynesení kufru a uvolnění parkovacího místa před hotelem.
